Deaf Asian Street Festival would like to spotlight all of the amazing vendors we currently have signed up for our festival. Please fill out the information below and we will feature you on social media.

Vendor Fee
$200 – Registration Deadline by June 6th
*** Inaugural Special Rate *** $150 for first 15 vendors!
Date: June 28th – Saturday from 11am to 5pm

Day of Festival Details
*IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY!*
Load-In begins at 9AM.
All vendors must check in at the Registration Table once you arrive.
You will receive:
- 10’ by 10’ space on a first-come, first-serve basis
- One 8’x8’ table
- Two chairs
NO canopy will be provided.
NO electricity will be provided.
NO gas-powered generator is permitted.
NO vehicles are permitted to drive into the park or sidewalk area.
YES – You may bring your own canopy (maximum 10 feet tall).
YES – You may bring BATTERY Generator (not gas-powered generator).
YES – There will be a loading area on the street where your merchandise can be loaded and unloaded.

$35 all day if you enter between 6am-11am
The Deaf Asian Street Festival will end at approximately 5pm.
You may leave when you wish, but must be out of the park by 6pm.
Vendors must not leave any waste in the park.
***Friendly Tips***
Many patrons do not carry cash or have enough cash on them, so we highly encourage you to install a mobile payment service such as PayPal, Venmo, or Cash app or be able to accommodate credit cards.
